There are many people for whom this is just a saying, but for people like James Elgar this is actually the reality. At so young age this man has achieved so much in life that it is truly unbelievable. It was in 2012, that Elgar decided to drop out of college as he felt that he would gain so much more from hands on experiences. It was after this that he immediately went up for a job with MOTO Service Area where he gained immense knowledge about all aspects of the job, including sales and services. Within a year, he was promoted to the supervisory level and was looking after stocks as well as cash. It was then in 2014 that he moved to Ansett Aircraft Services where he took on the role of a customer care executive.
James Elgar is someone who considers the world his oyster, which is why he is always willing to go the extra length to get success. Being someone who has been born and brought up in the United Kingdom, James Elgar now feels that he is ready to do some more for his country. In his new role, he hopes to reach out to the people of the country and work at the grass root level to provide better solutions for complicated problems. He is confident that his work experience will allow him to emerge a true leader in the days to come!
