It was in October 2012 that James Elgar left college and started working with MOTO Service Area in Cobham in Gregg’s retail outlet. In many instances, he covered shifts at a short notice in order to meet deadlines. He got the results for his efforts when he was promoted to the position of a supervisor in early September 2013. In this organization, his main responsibilities included handling money, managing stock ordering and more. Not only this, his skills were also appreciated when he headed a team of four people and assigned work shifts to them. Later on, he was entrusted with the responsibilities of resolving customer complaints. He duly and happily accepted to whatever came up his way.

It was in June 2014 that James Elgar was appointed to the position of a Customer Support Executive at Ansett Aircraft Aviation Services (AASS) based in Wey bridge. This gave Elgar an opportunity to find his feat in the area of aviation.
